Show Cue System

I am new to SCS11 and just installed windows 7 pro on my HP Probook 4530s. I have step-up the display settings for two screens with extended displays. My second display is an Epson projector connected with a VGA connection. I have also successfully set up Windows Media Center to display on the projector.
When I play a video cue I see the cue running but I do not get a video display anywhere.
Any suggestions?

I've emailed you details of a tracing version to run. The log files will show me what monitors are detected by SCS.
