Various issues

I'm using 10.8.2 (update entitlement expired at the moment) with a Pentium 4 XP Pro machine.
I came onto the forum today because my cues rarely play to the end. I see from recent release notes I'll need a newer release to fix this. Will do this shortly!! Current workaround is to include a short silence at the end of each wav file, but the error appears to occur at loop-end points too, so this is only partially successful.
Level change subcues
Clicking an "include this output" button causes all the buttons to vanish! They reappear if I move off this subcue, then return to it.
Multiple level change subcues
I needed a sequence of ducks, so I created a duck then copied and pasted it. Then created an 'unduck' to copy and paste in between the ducks. Some of the subcues vanished! (Is this related to the upcoming 10.8.6 fix?)
Don't know if these errors are all fixed in newer builds.
BTW, my soundcard needs ASIO so needs the internal mixer. Fortunately, I haven't seen the channel to channel delay some users have mentioned except, occasionally, when preparing a show on a Celeron M Vista laptop. I always think if it nearly works with a Celeron M it'll be fine on the theatre computer!! I've been right, so far ...
