Issues with M Audio Firewire 1814

Hello
I am have an issue with ouputs 3/4 on an M Audio Firewire 1814 sound card.
SCS sees the card fine. I have assigned out puts 1 and 2 to FOH and wanted to use outputs 3 amd 4 as seperate mono outputs for sound effects on stage.
The the level being sent to outputs 3 and 4 is about 35db less than the level being sent to 1 and 2.
Am i missing something here??
I have tested all outputs with audacity and they all work fine to i dont think it a cable or card issue. Seems for some reason SCS is outputting at a much lower level to the second pair of outputs.
I running the latest version of SCS and Driver 5.10.0.5058 for the card.

I just replied in another post about this type of issue. I too experienced this with an M-Audio Delta 1010LT card.
In the Editor, when you assign 3-4 as a stereo output in the Physical Device column, in the last column labeled Outputs, assign the output as 1-2. For some reason SCS sees each stereo pair on my M-Audio card as having more than two outputs, thus when choosing a stereo pair like 3-4 in the Physical Device column, the program gives you, in the last column labeled Outputs, many different choices. Choose 1-2 and that should make the output pair work.

Under General Options / Permanent Options / Audio Driver, is the checkbox Force enabling of speaker assignments checked or clear? If the sound card is publishing it's outputs as stereo pairs then you should clear this checkbox and SCS should then only see left and right for each stereo pair.
With some devices/drivers the number of speakers the BASS audio library detects may be 2 when the device in fact supports more than 2 speakers. This flag forces the enabling of assignment to 8 possible speakers. The flag has no effect with non-WDM drivers.

I'm using 10.8.2. I'm also using the M-Audio Asio drivers and the Force Speaker Assignments box was checked.
This might have something to do with how the M-Audio drivers and mixing software is programmed. In the Outputs column the options are 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8. It's rather odd, but that's what shows up, at least for my Delta 1010LT on an older XP SP3 machine. The Delta driver is not the latest one because it is an older machine. The latest driver will not work on my XP machine.
Now, in contrast, my new desktop at home is running Win 7 Professional 64-bit on a new ASUS motherboard with an AMD processor and an old Layla 24/96 card using the latest drivers. Each device chosen in the Physical Devices section shows up with an output of L-R, regardless of having checked or unchecked Force Speaker Assignments.
It's this difference between the Echo drivers and the M-Audio drivers that makes me conclude that the M-Audio drivers are written in such a way that makes this Output issue happen.
