Show Cue System

Hey - I would like to start a facebook group called Show Cue System (I created the SFX and QLab groups there some time ago when it looked like they were going to use SoundMan-Server as their audio engine but that didn't end up happening and we all know where that ended up going but I need to invite some friends to join the group so I'd appreciate having as many of you as are interested add me on facebook and let me know you want to be a member of that group. The easiest way is to 'invite friends to join facebook' and put in my email address which is charlier@richmondsounddesign.com and then send me a message about this. Thanks!

I'm interested in the concept but admit that I'm 'green' when it comes to understanding the benefits. I have noticed that many businesses and government departments have facebook accounts, but I haven't looked at what they provide. Will a facebook group provide different functionality to this Forum?

It is mostly completely peripheral to this forum and not at all intended to be a support forum but rather a place for people to express their enthusiasm with the product and to have a place to communicate socially amongst other fans. It's not terribly important in the big scheme of things but I did start the SFX and QLab groups when it seemed they were going to start using SM-S and I figured it would only be fair to start one for SCS! But no one has contacted me about this yet so I assume no one is very interested....

Maybe there'll be some interest when the SM-S version of SCS is released and we get some SM-S users.

As I'm not on any social site, twitter or blog I will not be joining. I'm not a social animal !
The forum is the place to be for me.
