Pausing a cue and then restarting where it left off...?

I'm using SCS 9 and in the show for which I'm designing, there is a sound cue where a helicopter is flying over head, panning from the left speaker to the right speaker, and a follow cue that auto starts with the sound of a man speaking through a megaphone. This scene is interrupted by a "flashback" scene, and the director wants the helicopter/announcement to stop immediately for the flashback, and then pick up right where it left off once the flashback scene is over and we return to present time. Is there a way to create a Go-Button cue that will "pause" a series of cues and then start them back up again right where they left off? I would prefer that rather than creating a single cue that contains both the helicopter and announcement sound and having the board op hit the "pause" button.

If you upgrade to V10.6, there is a option in SFR cues to hibernate a file and then restart it from the hibernation point.
Don't think you can do it in V9 and I'm not downgrading to find out! :D

Thanks for responding. I'm using the version of 9 that's provided by the theater so it's not really up to me whether to upgrade or not. Is there someone else who could possibly help me with this?
