SCS main window does not have focus

For rehearsal purposes I have installed SCS on my Macbook Pro, I have windows xp (sp3) running via bootcamp. On starting up SCS a warning notice is displayed at the bottom of the screen "Warning SCS main window currently does not have focus. Left- click here to reset focus". Unfortunately I cant click anything because the computer has frozen. Can anyone help please
