Echo Audiofire 8 ASIO

Using Echo AudioFire 8 channel ASIO interface with SCS 10.3.2. Having trouble getting separate speaker outputs working.
FOH Left/Right Stereo works fine. Using Dell Precision 690. Vista Ultimate 32 bit. Intel Zeon processor @ 1.86 GHz
4 Gig Ram. 75 Gig Application Drive 55 Gig free. 500 Gig Audio file drive 490 Gig free. Computer is optimized for audio. No background services running. Everything is turned off
I have tried alot of different audio configuations (probably too many). The outputs show on the VU meter in SCS 3/4, 5/6 etc. but no sound from interface. Any suggestions?
