SCS on higher than HD displays

Post by whiteside1013 » Fri Aug 22, 2014 2:19 pm

I recently purchased a new laptop (Lenovo Yoga Pro 2) and installed SCS. I love my new PC, but it has one glaring issue - It has a 3200x1800 display. While that sounds amazing, most programs aren't optimized for such a display. Hence, my SCS looks like this:

Unusable.

Anybody know how to remedy this? Any advice is appreciated.

Changes were made some time ago that should have fixed issues like that, so could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by starting SCS and selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents". (If you're using a version prior to 11.3 then the diagnostic file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Dumps".)

Thanks for the dump file. As I mentioned in my emailed reply, the dump file shows you are using SCS 11.1.5, but the modification to make SCS 'DPI-aware' was made in SCS 11.2.4. Hopefully by upgrading to 11.2.4 or later this will fix the issue, but if you do still have issues then please send me a new diagnostic file. (I don't have a 3200x1800 display so I can't specifically test this!)
