SCS 11 - Editing Time Fields (in 11.1.4)

Mike,

I may have missed a note or comment on the subject, but it has only just dawned on me that in SCS 11, when editing time fields, the ability to fine tune times using Ctrl/Left Arrow/Right Arrow is no longer available. I found this very helpful in SCS 10, not having the steadiest of hands for dragging with the mouse, and rather miss it. Is the function incompatible with the current coding?

I'll have a look into this next week. The relevant coding has been ported to SCS 11 from SCS 10 but hasn't yet been enabled as it needs a bit of checking.
