I am unable to select the "use second display" option in the editor to play a video. Help!

From the description of our problem it seems that SCS is only detecting one monitor, not two. See the section in the Help file for SCS 10.7.4 entitled Setting Up Your Video Projector For Videos and Still Images (under Production Live Running). This is also applicable for setting up a second monitor.
