SCS ver 10.6.3 hibernates

Post by scobeadobe » Sun Jun 20, 2010 2:16 am

Has anyone experienced this problem? This happened only once during our rehearsal. But I have to admit, it's a little scary.
We are running most of our tracks in our current production in auto-start mode. One time, it hibernated the next "auto-start"
track on it's own w/o any action from the operator. A reply is appreciated.

Haven't heard of anything like that before. Please email me your cue file (the .scs file) and tell me which cue hibernated. btw, you do mean 'hibernate' in the true SCS sense, ie that the status of the cue was displayed as 'Hibernating" in the cue list in the upper part of the main window?

Yes, SCS type hibernate as though someone hit the pause key. However, our operator said she didn't touch the key pad.
This only happened once during rehearsal. We've run 4 shows so far without a repeat of the problem.
Who knows what lurks in the hearts & minds of PCs.

Thanks for your reply
