I ran into a new problem during our level set two days ago. I was running cues that I had set levels for previously and they were all quieter than I expected. After checking the levels on the cues, the master fader, and all the hardware, I couldn't figure out what the problem was. However, when I restarted SCS, the output levels went back to the higher level.
I have now traced this problem back to a repeatable issue. If the Master Fader is set to less than 0, when SCS starts and loads the show file, the graphic shows the master fader at the correct level (-8 in my case), but the output is at the 0 level. Adjusting the Master Fader slightly bumps the output back down to the correct level.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I haven't had a chance to determine if this issue is specific to this computer/show file yet. At the moment, it's easy enough to work around, but it would be nice to have it fixed in a future version.
I'm running SCS10.6.2 with an M-Audio Delta 1010.
Thanks, and keep up the great work Mike.

Re: Master Fader Issue
I can't reproduce this - could you email me your cue file (the .scs file)?

Hi Mike,
I'm running the show tonight so I will make a copy and email it to you tomorrow (no internet service in our theatre).
Cheers,
Jonathan
