is it possible to run the Editor on a mini computer using Version 9.5.3?

The window height of the Editor in 9.5.3 is probably greater than your screen depth on your mini computer. As from 10.4.2, SCS now allows for smaller screen sizes by including a vertical scroll bar in the Editor window, if necessary.
