SCS 10.3.2 Crashing when playing video cue (fix in 10.4.0)

Hi,

i have just setup SCS 10.3.2 to test video cue playback (just bought the license and playing around).
The cue list includes 2 identical video cues, playing the SAME identical video file (DIVX6, 2 mins runtime). it is setup to start the second video 2 seconds after first video ends.
First video plays fine, no problem. but when the second video is cued to start, SCS crashes with the following message:

The audio of the second cue continues playing, but i get no video. restarting the playlist or even restarting SCS comes to the same problem.
Also, this message appeared in an earlier test, when i used 2 different video files (cues), here the first cue refused to play video while showing the above crash message. second video played fine (same file as in current test setup).

as both cues play the same file i cannot understand why it crashes like this.

Since i have to setup a system for a new production including many different videos, i need a solution for this problem please.

been testing 10.4.0 and video is running stable, no crashes.
