Hi Mike,
I'm trying to adjust the level of a Playlist with a Level Change Cue, but when I adjust the level in the Level Change Cue, although the yellow sliders move to the new position, when I click off, and then click back onto that cue the faders are back at the start position. Basically, it will not change the level of the playlist, and when I try to input the level using text eg. -24
I get a Run Time Error '0' box appear, and the whole program crashes. When I open the program up again it recognises there has been a problem and asks if I'd like to continue with the backup, if I click YES it then returns with Error 401 - I click YES to continue the program and the Main window only shows the first cue, and but the Editor window shows all cues, however no cues can be played from the main window. When trying to click in the main window underneath the first cue in the grey space where the other cues should be displayed, I get Error -2147220991 Subscript out of range. Click Yes to continue with the program, and Error 0, click Yes, then Error -2147220991 comes backa number of times, and I can click Yes to continue but after a few times the program exits.
Unfortunately I've also had problems with other 401 errors when it doesn't seem to like certain cues I've created, but I've now taken to deleting the cue and starting again.
I've only created the first half at the moment and am debating whether or not to continue using SCS to do the second half, I really hope you can help!
Thanks
Tom
EDIT: Sorry if this is a re-post but I can't get any search results from the search tool using any of the key words.
Run Time Error 0 and Error -2147220991 (fix in 10.3.2)

It will help Mike when he comes online if you state the version of SCS you are using and the OS. Meanwhile it might be worth trying a complete re-install of SCS, as it might have become corrupted in some way.

Sorry, I meant to put that in the edit but forgot! Am using SCS 10.3.1, on XP SP3.

Re: Run Time Error 0 and Error -2147220991
Subscript errors with numbers like -2147220991 are caused by SCS trying to access an invalid (non-existent) column or row in a grid, such as the playlist display.
The "401" errors I think would be caused by some error encountered during program startup. This is probably due to an inconsistency in the cue file being opened when SCS starts. Could you email me your cue file (the .scs file)?
I've also emailed you regarding more info that would help.

Thanks for the cue file, Tom. The errors appear to be due to having empty playlists, and also trying to add a level change cue that refers to an empty playlist. A fix is ready for 10.3.2 and I have emailed you more info so you can try this with your existing cue file.
