Problem ended up being the M-Audio FastTrack, or some part of the circuit related to it. Replaced the USB cable with no change, ended up using the headphone jack on the PC and that worked fine....for now anyway.

Fixed with 10.3.2. Mike was great! Provided direct support and stayed on top of the problem.

It keeps flickering. I just tried very purposefully to see if I could make it stop by starting/stopping/pausing cues, turning off various display options, changing the color scheme, etc. Still flickering. Cue Panels flickering on screen (fix in 10.3.2)

SCS 10.3.1. I'm a new user, just bought a few weeks ago and working on first show. When I first open SCS, the Cue panels are fine.
