Auto maximize computer volume

I'm wondering if the option to automatically maximize the computer's volume when you open SCS is still available. It's been a while since I updated the version of SCS I was using but am now running the current version. If the option still exists, I'm having a hard time finding it.

Thanks for the response, Malcolm! I still think maybe I'm missing something, because part of what you said is exactly my problem. Here's what's happening: I set the door slam, Q2<1> as a Manual cue. I have a related question. And since I'm new to the software, maybe there's a possibility that I just haven't thought thru yet, but this doesn't seem to work when Q2 is a manual cue.
