Re: Not enough space for Device name to display
If it were only Presonus FP10 there would be no problem, but the text is "FP10#00C7031090Mainout 1&2 (Presonus FP10)" By the time the text gets to the channels it's truncated by the size of the box so I have use trial and error to get the right one(the other outs are labeled 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8 but onl...

Not enough space for Device name to display (mod in 10.8.5)
In the Editor and the Mapper, there is not enough room for the device name....Presonus FP10...The device name is cut off before the channel number. so to assign one has to do trial and error and hope.

Re: Files that do not play properly
I believe I have traced the problem to a poor connection at the speaker. We'll see what happens tonight. Since the show is Blithe Spirit the director and crew are blaming a poltergeist. <<grin>
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Files that do not play properly
Hi Mike,
I'll do that later today when I go to the theatre. I also need to check the connections to that speaker. It could be the culprit.
Thanks

About 50% of the time they do not play properly...partial play and stop. I have opened the files in Sound Forge, checked them...all is ok...saved them with new names...T...
