Re: SCS 11 init failure: ASIO confusion
Mike, That certainly fixed the problem. So now I'm out here on the bleeding edge for while, eh? How long before RC2 becomes certified release? Not always comfortable in the role of having a target painted on my back :) More to the point, should I have any qualms about using RC2 in productions while ...

Re: SCS 11 init failure: ASIO confusion
Just to confirm: loading 11.1.5 did NOT change the catastrophic failure. Still aborts on New or Edit.

SCS 11 init failure: ASIO confusion
SCS11 has gotten into an intolerable state. When I start on my laptop, any attempt to create or edit a show results in a failure dialog, a picture of which is attached. The ZOOM is not even connected to the laptop. Naturally, I say "Review/Change device map" to try and straighten out confusion. THEN...

How to manually stop an auto repeating set of cues
I want to establish a set of cues to auto follow each other, repeating, until I manually stop and go to the next properly distinct cue.
How do I that?
Thanks!

[Resolved] TELNET control failure
I've used SCS several times to control Light Factory, running on the same machine. But tonight, it fails to send control signal. I'm running off my laptop, in the theatre, so I'm looking for some pretty quick help. The control messages are exactly of the same form as I've always done. Eg, Cue "RG" 0...

using telnet on the local machine
I've noticed that SCS requires a TCP address. I'm driving a lighting application on the same machine, and it would be swell if I could simply enter "localhost" (pretty standard terminology meaning just that). As it is, since my laptop acquires a new TCP/IP address (common practice for many wireless-...

Re: Editor Issues
They all have a blue background (at this point, nothing but audio cues). I'll re-install. One thing I noticed: If I select a cue in the main window and invoke editor, I can edit that cue. I just can't select another cue to edit. Another thing: unless I start SCS As Administrator, I can't even invoke...

Editor Issues (fixed)
I am new to SCS 10 (long time 9 user, just upgraded). Now I'm in the middle of play week, setting up a show, and things are weird. * The editor ALWAYS adds a cue at the end, no matter which cue I select * try to move a cue, it basically disppears. I see it for one move, then it disappears, and the l...
