Thanks Mike: I'll run the sequence again soon to see if it still happens. Bit squeezed for time, as we are in dress rehearsal for the UK premier of Neil Simon's 'Hotel Suite'.

No, I don't think I did go into the editor. I was playing the entire sequence, start to finish.

I've twice recently got the 'cannot load file' message while editing and running through cues. Both times, closing the program and restarting cured the problem, but you can't do that if it happens during a show......... What might be causing cues which normally play properly to suddenly fail to load...

I too came across this problem today - the first time I have tried to project a video file (still images are fine). SCS shows the file as playing, but the screen remains dark.
