Our's does that burst of audio with the playlist que, as well. But, since we haven't needed to restart a playlist que from a cold (so, not using hibernate) except during tech, it hasn't been an issue for us.

SCS, Express, Midi and a lockup?
Has anyone had an issue with random lockups on an ETC Express when it is being controlled by MSC via SCS? We just started using SCS to run sound and send go commands via MSC. It works just fine the majority of the time, but occasionally the Express is locking up totally randomly while connected to S...
