Will you consider add a Custom MIDI setting so that i can use a Frontier Design tranzport to control the sound cue system instead of building a control ourself.
Thx

I've just had a look at the TranzPort Native Protocol document available on the Frontier Design web site. To work out if the existing SCS MIDI Control facilities can be used, or to determine how much extra work needs to be done, could you tell me how you plan to use this device? For example, which button on the TranzPort would you press to activate the SCS 'Go' button? What other SCS actions do you want to control - eg hot keys, stop everything, jump to a specific cue? With each of these, can you match them up to a control described in the TranzPort Native Protocol document?
In my mind, although i study electronic before, its difficult for me to custom build a controller for sound cue system, thats why i would like to use the existing device to playback the cue in the sound cue system.
In another word, i think most of the people who use sound cue system would be very busy and got no time to custom build the controller..
For me, most of the time i only need to standby, arrow up and down, GO, ESC.
I think thats all the things i wanna do on it.
So thats why is it possible to hv a menu to setup our own MIDI msg part of the function such as GO, Standby, Arrow Up and Down...etc.
Thanks
