I think someone else has suggested it, but a 'remark' or 'comment' field would be useful, that does nothing except flag up your comment in a large font or possibly a strong colour.

The ability to change the colours of 'Manual' and 'Auto' cues, so that auto cues can be greyed-out to make the desktop look less intimidating!

Othere than that, SCS just gets better and better!
