[Fix 11.9.0] Cue triggered by cue marker does not complete

Hello Mike,

we just run into a problem with a cue triggered by a cue marker, which never completes. Works fine when start by cue marker is removed and triggered manual. Unfortunately I can not attach the log file because it's too big so I attached the scs file.
The problematic sequence starts with Q4 which contains the marker to start Q5, containg a level change of Q4 and 3 linked audio subcues. All together has to be faded out by Q6. SCS version ist the latest RC2 but occured in RC1, too.
