[Fix 11.8.3.2] positioning a Cue

I noticed the following error. You can change the play position of a paused track to start at a different point when continuing. If you change the position with the mouse it works, if you change the position with the cursor keys it doesn't work.
I would also like to be able to select subcues with GotoCue and PositionCue (As with StopCue).
