[Fix 11.8.1.1] Operational mode, previous video shown

2 bugs I discovered on the newest 11.8.1:

1. - On every restart of SCS, the operational mode always returns to Design Mode, even when it shuts down in Performance Mode.

2. - After crossfade between 2 videos, a snapshot of 1st video can appear on the screen in the fade out of 2nd video.

You should find both items fixed in 11.8.1.1 which I have just uploaded.
