I was wondering if there is a way to call a control cue sending a midi note instead of pressing keyboard ...

Do You mean something like this:

In this example, Q3 is triggered by MIDI NoteOn 3.

but in this case I can't choose note to operate my cue, can I ??

I never have tested this. Worth a try.
I will check this, when I'm in the theatre again, we're on our big vacation at the moment.
