Hi all,
So i've just installed the demo version on my laptop for the very first time but unfortunately it's nog going great.
I've a second screen attached to my laptop because I want to use SCS for video cues.
But when I start SCS the "control" window opens up on the second screen and the "video output" screen opens up on my laptop.
I've found the option to swap first and second screen, and indeed the "video output" screen is now on the second screen, but the control screen is there as well.
It's behind the "video output" screen and therefore there is no way I can drag it back to my laptop screen.
Anyone know what I can do about this?
Maybe there is a shortcut to shut off the "video output" so I can drag the control window to the laptop screen and then turn the output back on?
Hope someone can help me with it.

Re: second screen
Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".

Re: second screen
This issue just popped up for me as well.
It used to be my VGA out was my cue screen and the HDMI splits to a preview screen for the operator and the projector.
Now when I open as SCS it only allows the cue screen on the HDMI output.
I've played with the windows display settings and can't get it to switch.
Any update to fix this would be great!

Also, a screenshot of the full desktop (ie including all connected screens) while SCS is running would be helpful.

Re: second screen
I have solved this on my system.
I had to use the "Intel Graphics control" rather than the system display settings.
If you have the same graphics chip / software:
Right click on the desktop
in the context menu will be "Graphic options" with a further pull-down menu
in there should be "Output To" with a further pull-down menu
Here you can choose the order your displays are initiated in, allowing you to choose which screen is your video output for SCS.
