[Resolved] BIG CLOCK as external window

Post by philwrightsound » Wed Apr 11, 2018 5:10 am

Hello,

I use SCS Platinum on a number of contemporary dance productions where the DSM is calling the show from the timeline of the music.

Would it be possible to have a pop-out window with a big clock that shows the cue number and a timecode position in the most recent cue that is running (jumping away from any previous cues that are fading etc) ?? I could then place this on a separate monitor for the DSM who wouldn't have to see all the other stuff going on that she doesn't want to see.

That would be great.

Thanks.

Hello,

something like in the picture?
In the editor, open the "Run Time Settings" tab, under "Give Visual Warnig" select "Cout UP whole cue" and the proper time format. When running a cue, the window to be seen in my screenshot appears. It can be resized and moved to the second screen, both will be memorized by SCS.

Best regards
Jörg

I know that this request is shown as resolved but is possible to as well as for all queues just have the clock appear for only one queue ( probably when the cue is created0 . Its great having the clock but gets a bit annoying to the actors who may only need to see it for 1 or 2 cues? Thanks

You can turn off the clock display for any cue by clearing the 'Warn Before End' checkbox in the cue properties. This property can also be cleared (or set) in multiple cues using Bulk Edit, which is available in the Editor under the Cues button.
