[Fix11.5.2.4]Copy, Move or Delete View Changes Not Scollable

SCS Version 11.5.2.2

When using the Copy, Move, or Delete a Range of Cues dialog, one must select the "View Changes" button before selecting "OK".
After selecting the action and then "View Changes", the cue list on the right side becomes grayed out and not scrollable. With a long cue list, this may mean that it's not actually possible to preview the change.
