[Fix 11.5.2] Timed delays not working in 11.5

I updated to 11.5 and discovered that all delayed cues or sub cues fired immediately. I updated to the pre release and it still happened. I fell back to 11.4 and all cues worked. I also tested with a simple show of 1 cue with subcue and it didn't delay the subcue. Attached is the test cue file.

The cue file doesn't appear to be attached to your posting. Could you email it to me, or email me a diagnostic file? You can create a diagnostic file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".
