I'm having a problem setting up relative start times for a sub-cue. I've attached a minimal cue list with low bit-rate MP3 files and diagnostic. I'm running 11.5.0.
My intent for Q1 is that sub-cues Q1<2> and Q1<3> should play simultaneously after sub-cue Q1<1> has finished. I set it up so that Q1<2> starts 0 seconds after the end of the previous sub-cue, and Q1<3> starts 0 seconds after the start of the previous sub-cue.
When I play this cue, it says that Q1<3> is linked to Q1<1>, so it plays simultaneously with Q1<1> instead of Q1<2>.
A workaround I found is to enter a very small relative start time for Q1<3>, such as 0.01, then it behaves as I would expect. It seems as if Q1<2> isn't considered to be the previous sub-cue when Q1<3> is configured to start at the same time as Q1<2>.
Does this look like a problem with SCS to you, or is it working as designed and I'm misunderstanding how the relative start time options work? I'm working under the assumption that "prev. sub-cue" refers to the previous sub-cue numerically in the list, but now I'm wondering if it means something else.
Thanks,
Tim.
P.S. The show is "Bonnie and Clyde", in case you're wondering what's with all the gunfire
