[Fix 11.3.2] SFR warning

Post by Nicko » Sat Aug 02, 2014 12:38 am

V 11.2.4 and 11.3.1

Scenario:

Cue 1 scene change music
cue 2 SFR to fade cue 1.

If cue 1 runs out before cue 2 is activated then (correctly) the yellow warning appears that says "Warning next manual cue has nothing to do....Press go to complete etc". However if you press Go immediately (ie within a second) after the yellow warning appears, the cue stack moves on to the next cue but the warning doesn't disappear as it should. Pressing Go again removes the warning but then also plays the next cue!!

It seems to need a few seconds to elapse before you can press Go to clear the warning AND move to next manual cue. Although this isn't generally a normal situation in that cue 1 has run out before the fade cue it can happen, for example, during scene changes where the timing is not precise (or it did with us....)

A related issue in 11.2.6 -
In the playback window, if you are in the middle or even at the end of a cue list and you use the UP arrow to go up a few cues, and while doing so you pass a fade cue, the yellow warning bar comes up warning that the next manual cue has nothing to do, but when you go up a cue to the initial cue upon which the fade cue acts the yellow warning bar stays on the screen. It does not clear unless you either minimize the SCS window or focus on another program and then refocus on SCS.
Shouldn't the yellow warning bar clear when the cue upon which it acts is cued up as the next cue to be played?
