MIDI Ramp

Hi Mike,

Is it possible to implement a MIDI ramp setting for control send cues?

Examples:
MIDI note 1 ramp 'note on' velocity from 0 to 127 over 5 seconds
MIDI control change 1 ramp 'value' from 5 to 40 over 4.5 seconds

This would really help when trying to drive Resolume and Ableton Live from Show Cue System.

I've considered this occasionally, but there was a technical issue in implementing a smooth ramp. However, that issue has been resolved following the implementation of MTC (MIDI Time Code). MTC runs in a high-priority thread, so I can use the same approach (possibly the same thread) for Control Send cues containing this requested feature.
