[Fix 11.1.4] SCS11.1.3 untrapped error - exported q file

Hi Mike,

I've found an un-trapped & unrecoverable error when an exported cue file contains an SFR sub-cue (Q40<2>) referencing an earlier audio file cue (Q35) that was not exported and is therefore missing. There are two error messages, one when opening the exported cue file, and the second when you click OK on the first error message, whereupon SCS closes (so I cannot create a dump file).

Error message 1:
\sSFRCue(0) not found for Sub Q40<2>
\sSFRCue(0)=Q35

( I can see what that means - but a clearer message would be good!)

Error message 2:

Whereupon SCS closes on clicking OK - which should not happen as I then cannot edit cue 40 to remove the reference (so I re-exported and included the missing cue which worked OK, of course).
