Hi Mike et al . . . . I think this issue may have cropped up before but I couldn’t find it again.
I’m involved in an ongoing music production which involves multi-track audio/MIDI Cues, video Cues and image Cues. The main points of this post are regarding the image cues and the resultant main screen display.
Following certain audio Cues I have programmed a still image Cue activated by ‘Auto Start’ and set to ‘Continuous Play’. This Cue is then followed by several audio Cues, all manually started. Because the image Cue is still “playing”, when I get to the audio Cue at the bottom of the screen I can’t see any more Cues.
Unless I am missing some way of overcoming this I have a couple of suggestions to make.
1) Can the main screen continue to scroll in the normal way? The image Cue will then either be stopped by a subsequent ‘manual’ or ‘auto’ Cue/Sub-Cue.
2) If a Cue is to be activated by ‘Auto Start’ could there be another optional checkbox under ‘Cue Properties’ called ‘Hide’ which, although ‘Enabled’, prevents the Cue from being displayed on the main screen. The purpose of this suggestion is to avoid unnecessary clutter. It may seem a bit obvious but you can always see whether or not there is an image Cue being displayed by looking at the theatre screen.
Cheers . . . . . Martin

Re: Image Cues
Hi all,
I agree with Martin, it would be good if the cue list window could auto scroll so that the highlighted cue, usually the next manual cue, is kept somewhere near the middle of the cue list window. When you have a couple of very long cues, e.g. background ambience that last the whole scene, with several short cues following, the next manual cue can scroll off the bottom of the cue list window. While you can scroll down manually to keep track of the next cue, the list will jump back when one of the long cues completes. You can still keep track of which cues are active in the cue panels window, so the cue list doesn't need to jump around when a cue completes.
Cheers
Richard

I think this is the post you are looking for.
Next Cue not staying in window.

I think we are all thinking the same thing with the next cue sitting in the middle of the screen.

Yeah, thanks for that Greig . . . I knew I'd seen it before. I believe that Mike will be addressing this for the next release . . . sounds like we're all pushing SCS to further limits . . the nature of the beast.
