[In 11.7.0] Additional Bulk Edit Cues Options

I use a lot of still images in my productions, and it would be good to set qualities like "repeat" "pause at end" and "Display Time Settings" for these multiple cues at once. I have managed to get images to be imported at a default display time, but without much control over this.

I am very new to SCS so would be delighted to hear that I am able to do these things if I looked into the right places...!

Shouldn't be too difficult to add these properties to Bulk Edit. I'll look into it.
