[Fix RC3] SCS 11.6.1 RC2 Space double hit timeout

Hi Mike,

It seemms the "double-click" timeout using space key is too long.
I must wait for 2 seconds to get a response with the space key.

It seems there's a bug in RC2 caused by the changes I made to avoid the Windows 'default beep'. Navigating through the cue list using arrow keys has the same issue.
