This may be a simple/silly thing, but i'm no noob and can't sort it out!
when you send a note on command from scs, is it held until the note off?
I am sending a 'note on' in its own cue, then a 'note off' in a separate cue, timed to launch 5 seconds after the end of the previous (note on) cue, but it doesn't seem to be working.
can anyone confirm the best way to send a timed held note on command?
Thanks in advance,
dp

Re: Send held midi note on
When you send a Note On command, it's just a single packet with the note number and velocity values. It is up to whatever is receiving the packet how to respond, i.e. play a note until it receives a Note Off, for example.

Thanks for the response. I checked in a DAW and it is fine!
