Cheers

Hmmm... a couple of people have reported that but I'm not sure what causes it. The file basswma.dll should be installed in the same directory (folder) as SoundCueSystem.exe. This directory should also contain bass.dll. Can you check this is so? What windows operating system are you using?

Have recently reformatted my whole computer and didn't realise that Windows Media Player was not installed. Once this was downloaded everything was fine.
Thank you for your prompt reply

I have just had exactly the same experience with this error message. I loaded the tool perfectly on my desktop, but when I try and put it on the laptop I get this error. Both bass.dll and basswma.dll are in the correct directory, DirectX 7 is installed, Windows Media Player is installed. But I can't run the program.

Any other guesses on the reason?

Thanks,
Paul
