Connect SCS for Control Send & Dante-Output

Hi
I have successfully tested Control Send Mute commands, this work fine between laptop and network connection of my X32 :-)
A few weeks before that I successfully tested the Yamaha TF1 with Dante card.
Everything worked perfectly.

Now I would like to send the sound from the laptop to various outputs (1-8) of the X32 via SCS and Dante.
I saw and understood that in the settings.

Now do I have a strange question?

The fact is:
The network cable from the laptop is connected to the X32 network card.

2. How do I connect the laptop to the Dante card in the X32 ???

Do I need a network switch now?

Thanks Erwin

yes it needs a network switch and then:
1 cable from laptop to network switch
1 cable from the network switch to the Dante card in the X32
1 cable from the network switch the Ethernet connection of the x32

No additional hardware or software is required to connect the SCS to the X32 (Ethernet card) for control send.

To connect the SCS to the X32 for Play Music (Dante card) you need the program: "Dante Virtual Soundcard",
it creates the virtual channels that can be selected in the SCS.
It does not cost much: Lifetime License - $ 59.99

For the virtual routing on the laptop you need the program: "Dante Controller" it is free :-)

In SCS Devices you have to configure both and if everything is set correctly it works wonderfully.
If anybody needs Help i will make a german-Speaking Video-Tutorial..
