Bought SCS Remote a couple of days ago, and when I set up a test with SCS 11.6.2RC at home it worked right out of the box.
When I set it up at the theatre using same Android and same SCS file, and our dedicated SCS box and dedicated wifi network, no joy.
Android will run our sound board so I know connection is goo dand SCS server computer can access Linksys page on router so that connection is good. But SCS Remote will not connect. I can see lights flashing on router, so something is happening, . I tried 11.6.1 and 11.6.2 versions of SCS and I tried manual entering IPs and ports.
Any ideas?

Just had an idea, if the Android is on wifi, and SCS computer is on Ethernet, do I have to disable firewall in the Linksys?

It seems if I move from home to sound booth for some reason I have to chage the port to another port I used 2080, and then back to 58000, and then it works.

That's quite strange ...
Normally SCS remote looks for ip address on a selected port.
Did you solve the problem ??
