Hi, I just purchased a license for SCS Remote on Android, and I´m trying to use it on a Samsung Tablet with the latest SCS Version. I have 2 (maybe 3) problems:
- The Cue list seems to be trunctated: my show has approx. 120 cues, but I can only see approx. half of those on the remote app. (I can provide exact numbers if it helps)
- The current/next cue seems not to be updated on the app. E.g. when jumping back to an earlyer cue, SCS jumps as intended, but the previously completed cues stay greyed out on the app. Thus, you don´t really know where you are in the cue list. That makes it basically useless when rehearsing...
- I have experienced spontaneous loss of connection / reconnections a number of times. The Wifi is rock solid (very strong signal, used for audio desk and light desk remote control without any interruptions for hours).
Unfortunately, it looks to me as if the app is not maintained anymore. Would you have any hints as to whom to contact? Otherwise I would like to give back the license for a refund (but I don´t think that´s possible in the Google app store, is it?)
