Hello
I am constantly having trouble connecting my Lenovo tablet to my SCS on a Surface tablet.
I always have both devices on the same router and the correct suggested IP number and port.
I am forever 'Trying again' on the remote with all protocols looking correct.
Every now and then it does work, but sometimes drops out.
It will show the bar to load cues, but then 'Fail to connect'.
I was wondering if others have similar problems connecting and have some tips I can check on.
Thanks
oz

Did you try disabling windows firewall?
Re: Wifi connection problems Any tips ?
Thanks for the reply. No I haven't done that but will take a look
I have tried it with a Lenovo TB-X-104F with Android 8.1.0 but that is the hardest to connect.
It is easier with a new Samsung S22 Ultra phone with Android 13 and a smaller Lenono TB-7306F tablet with Android 11.
Maybe Android 8 is the problem.
I would like a larger tablet tp work and maybe there is a suggestion what one to try.
I did notice that on all devices when I place the IP number in the Remote app, it always disappears if it doesn't connect.
Is there a way I can lock this IP in so that if I have to re try to connect, I don't have to always enter the same IP over and over again.
Thank you.
