Midi Cue Autonumbering

Hi Mike - I was building a show using 9.3.5 for the first time, and when I went to run it from the theater's ETC light board via midi cues, none of them worked. I had all of my settings correct, so I did some research on recent changes and discovered that MIDI cues are no longer auto-created. I had gotten used to numbering my actual cues to match my ETC lighting cues in order to run the SCS audio cues via the light board. But because the MIDI cues are no longer directly tied to the SCS Cue numbers, I had to go back through the whole show and manually copy the cue numbers into the MIDI cue numbers.

It would be nice if there was a show-wide button that would perform a one-time populate of the MIDI cue #s from the SCS cue numbers (in the manner that earlier versions of SCS used). Either that or a checkbox on each cue that would enable an automagic population of the MIDI cue # generated from the cue number, as the cue is added/edited. This way we could continue to allow certain cues to not contain a midi cue number, (which, as I understand is the rationale behind removing the auto-sync), but it would also allow users who want to create midi cue #s that correspond to the SCS cue numbers, to create the numbers just once without having to key them twice for each cue.
