Selectable MASTER VOLUME slider? (in 10.1.0)

Don't know if it's technically possible, but having a selectable/hideable MASTER mix control, similar to the one found in 'options/mixer levels' that is nice and big, would be a real benefit, allowing the quick and easy adjustment of ALL output levels simultaneously, then I could do away with the mixer completely!!!

A Master Volume control will be available in SCS 10. See the Master Volume control topic for details of what is being implemented.
