'On time' sub ques

Hi,
While sub ques that relate to other 'regular' ques need their time points to count from or to
(as in 'After Start' or 'Before End) on dedicated timers,
A sub que that relates to a sound track can also relate to the track's real play time count.
If an option was available to lock sub ques of a sound track to time points along the track's play time,
that would remove the (current) need to reference them to the start or end points
and the problematic nature of the sub que timer running separately from the sound track's 'live'/actual play timer.
I think if an option for sub ques that could be locked to 'On Time' points along a sound track was available,
that would be a great and very useful tool.
Also, say you are viewing the wave display in the audio file que window and located the cursor
where you want to add a sub que.
Currently you have to take note of the time figure at the curser's position, select a new sub que
and then fill/select all the relevant details including manually enter this time figure.
Now, if there was a way to go into a new sub que window while 'carrying' the cursor/time current position
and have it inserted as default in the timing input table, ether as elapsed time for 'After Start' (or 'On Time'…) reference,
or as remaining time if 'Before End' is chosen, respectively.
I think that would be a great help and a nice improvement.
Hope I was clear.
