Edit-mode- and MIDI-reminder-request

- Instead of enabeling the edit-mode in the menu and opening the editor with another click, I'd like to have ONE button for both tasks.
Above the "Go To Top/Go Back/Go To Next/Go To End"-buttons, there's enough free space for this and perhaps for a "Save as..."-button.
- If there are some MIDI-events within the show and there's no interface connected, every time I click on a cue with a MIDI-event, SCS reminds me that there's no way to send it.
It's OK, that I get reminded ONCE, but could SCS please recall, that I know it after one reminder?
;-)

The purpose of the menu item is to enable editing, and that enabling can be password-protected. That's why it's initially a two-step operation. Even if you don't use password protection I find it good to be able to hide the Editor button so I don't accidentally go into the Editor during live running. Once you have enabled editing the button can be used to go into the editor as often as required, so I wouldn't expect you to need to use the menu item very often.

Good point. I'll include that in the next update.

Thanks for your thoughts "behind the curtain"!
Initially I was uncomfortable with the fact, that menu-enabling the Editor...-button, "stole" some information on the upper cue-list.
Good point. I'll include that in the next update.
You're awesome!
