I'll look into supporting these formats in SCS 10. There are a few issues to be resolved before I can include them.

This may be available in the now released 9.5.0, but please email me for details on the plugin you will need.

Have you made any progress with this? I have a quite a number of iTunes Plus (i.e. DRM free) m4a files that I would like to incorporate in a playlist in 10.3.2. Before I go to the trouble of converting them all, is there a plugin on the horizon?

AAC support is available using a 3rd-party plugin - contact me for details. I have not included AAC support natively due to licensing issues.
