Cue importing & deleting (import/export in SCS 9)

A lot of times I start a cue list from an old cue list, especially since I do an episodic show - so a lot of the cues stay the same. This has inspired me to request a couple of features that would be extremely helpful to that end.

Anyway, it would be really helpful to be able to import a specific CUE (or cues) from an older (separate) cue list. Rather than having to recreate the cue, or switch cue lists to write down all the info just to have to type it all back in again. I just want to be able to go and grab one cue from a previous show, and plug it in with all its settings into a new show.

Also, when editing cue lists, it would be really nice to be able to select more than one cue for deleting. If I have to delete a whole series of cues, it takes a really long time to select them individually, delete them, then wait for the list to update, and repeat that process over and over again.

Let me know if either of these suggestions make sense, or are even a possibility in future versions.

Thanks!

They certainly make sense, moonthink. I sometimes get requests for SCS to support multiple workareas, with each workarea handling a separate cue file (.scs file). One reason for this request is to enable copy-and-paste between cue files, ie between workareas. This feature will not be in the next release, but I will look into it soon.
